Location is excellent when you arrive into the city by plane it’s just a few minutes from the airport.
The complimentary breakfast is good staff friendly.

The staff was ok and seemed to be trying to accommodate the people. However, other than that the place was a disgrace. It was uncomfortable, smelled, and falsely advertised. It was nothing like what was presented when I looked into it.

convient to freeways and St louis airport Lambert, gas stations close. Hot Breakfast made by staff each morning, menu changes daily but not fruits like apples, banana, oranges. Internet needs improvement.

I would not recommend this hotel, it is in very poor condition and is primarily a smoking location. There are not enough non- smoking rooms.
The breakfast was very poor and the location is difficult to enter.

The hotel needs a major upgrade the pics online are very different once arrived the room door was hard to open and the kick was broke the toilet kept running all night needs to upgrade better tv channels and one of my rooms was not clean very well they last guest left clothes and the covers was nasty had to get someone to come clean that up just and over all bad experience the elevator seems like it didn't wanna work at times then my room key didn't work after going to dinner and coming back. The location and staff was great but the overall hotel just needs work.

Yes the so called airport hotel is 20 mins from the airport the so called shuttle never ran. And the staff were horrible. it cost me 30 dollars each way to the hotel and back to airport the hotel is by a highway not the airport at all. The place was noisy and very loud. My room on a sunday morning I was awaken by screaming kids in the pool under my room. the hallways were trashed and the maid for frantic. NEVER AGAIN and if your looking for a airport hotel Hazelwood by 270 is not one.

Room had roaches. Floor hadn’t been sweep. The shower curtain was filthy. The stovetop didn’t work. The refrigerator leaked and smelled. The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. People were doing drugs inside and outside of the hotel. It was an horrible experience.
We were extremely pleased with the hotel clerk. We needed to check into our room three hoursearly and he made it happen. We would definitely stay again.
