I liked that it was like a lil inn but it was more so like a suite. I had a full kitchen. That's important to me even though I don't cook on vacation. It was definitely more than I expected. When I pulled up I was ready to leave but the security and when I saw the room I was like ok. I can do this.

Located in Humble, 19 miles from Minute Maid Park, Super 8 by Wyndham Humble Houston Fallcreek provides rooms with air conditioning.

I booked this room for my adult niece and her children. When they arrived at 830pm, the room was filthy. Beer bottles, cochroaches, not clean and hadn't been cleaned. My niece sat in her car 30 minutes while the night manager and his wife cleaned it. I expect a refund. I plane on many futures stays in Wyndham hotels... not this one. This was the first time I was embarrassed to bless my niece with a comfy private room. Please make this right. Lisa Johnson

    This stay was one of the worst we’ve experienced anywhere.

    This stay was one of the worst we’ve experienced anywhere. Thankfully it was only 1 night. My daughter called for the airport shuttle at 11:06pm and the irritated clerk said they’d already been called. She, then, left without telling her replacement 3 women and a 5yr. old had called 3 times for the shuttle. My husband went to the desk clerk who was unaware anyone was waiting. It was 11:42 when they were on the shuttle. This was irresponsible and dangerous. The chain lock was broken, the upholstered chair was filthy, the tub had no plug and was full of hair, the TP holder was pulling out from the wall, two identical paintings with one hung upside down, white stain on dark carpet, and one reg and one decaf envelopes in a room for 2.

    The manager she call my phone and told me that we had to leave the premises,because we didn't pay another deposit to stay one more day and didn't return our first deposit,and lock us out of our hotel room them cursed my husband out and we had to call the police on the manager we owe them no money they had no reason to hold our belongings from us we prepaid through Expedia for 6 days stay

    Shuttle service was cancelled and I was not informed until I phoned the hotel after waiting almost an hour. Even the taxi drivers and airport staff were not aware that the shuttle had been cancelled. Had I waited any longer I may not have been able to book in as I found out that the night porter finished at 23:00hrs. Very disappointed with the information provided by the change. I’ll not be using them again after many years.

    We were not there long enough to make any real comments on this hotel. They did recommend a restaurant across the street which was exceptionally good. Italian in design and superb in foods served. We were only passing through that evening after a long air flight and found this hotel by accident.

    Good place to stay next to the Airport, shuttle van was on time and the drivers courteous. Besides the hotel restaurant no other places to eat were close by. The Restaurant needs more variety of foods.

    Due to bad weather we were stuck at the airport with a few thousand other people. All of the more expensive (and probably nicer) hotels were booked. At 12:30 am I booked the closest place to the airport hoping to get some rest before trying to travel again the next day. Red Roof Inn was perfect for our needs. Close to the airport, comfortable beds at a reasonable price. Maybe not a good fit for a multiday stay unless you only need a place to sleep.

    We have called the provided phone number at the airport parking and five minutes later we were picked up by a super friendly driver, who brought us to the hotel (the drive was about 10 minutes, because the mini-bus also stops at other hotels). The room was nice and quite comfortable. It was also very easy to get the shuttle back to the airport next morning: we just had to register for it in the evening.
