The hot tub wasn't working and there were a lot of unattended children in the pool and hot tub area that were very disrespectful to the ones wanting to relax and enjoy their stay. The breakfast was very limited on choices.

The manager on duty the night of my stay, he was proactive in taking measures to help my mother with mobility issues. In addition, after a long day I had left my car door wide open. The same manager called to alert me, and when I didn't answer because I was in the shower, came to my door to make sure that I would be able to close and lock up my car. I really appreciated his attentive help the night we were there.

As always Ric was a great host. Really he's a great friend by now as much as we have stayed there. It's comfy and beautiful place. Plus Ric cooked us a great dinner after our long ride up there.
