The staff was lovely but the accommodations were weak at best! The bed was way too small. I booked a king size bed....I thought! The room was small, dark and noisy and had a weird chemical smell as if to hide a foul odor. And....no itemized bill upon check-out! Cost over $300.00 for a room that wasn't worth it. Worst breakfast than any Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Well there’s 24 hours coffee available but only powdered creamer unless it is breakfast time so I did tell them they should keep out the creamer for people who want to have coffee other than at breakfast time so I went and I bought my own container of 1/2 n 1/2 to have, but this morning they did have it out before breakfast so maybe they are really listening to suggestions hopefully . I’m not a complainer just a Hugh coffee drinker!! The hotel was clean enough the beds were not comfortable or the pillows and the TV has a bunch of light circles showing through on the screen they said they are replacing the TVs but not a good look.. Islandia is a nice town.
Islandia is a nice town. There is a Walmart and a Chinese Buffet Restaurant. It was a little out of the way to my brother's house but not an inconvenience. The only thing I didn't like was where the hotel was located. It was hard toget to.Guest review byHollyUnited States - Review score8.0

The staff and security were very friendly at the hotel and casino,and very helpful in answering all our questions and assisting us with all our needs, but I do think they need some sort of arrows and a derictory to get around the place better! And also some sort of breakfast option like a buffet breakfast the only thing they had was a snake bar with cofee and muffins that wasent included in your stay! You had to pay for it! And also there was no cofee anywhere on the site like maybe some complimentary cofee or tea in the lobby would be nice or even water fountains would be nice touch also there was no coffee pots in the room or coffee and no microwave!
