When the top comforter fell off the bed, a metal bar was sticking out and I didn't notice it, I scratched the hell out o f my leg and I have a blood clot, so that scratch bled for some time because it was a deep scratch. Plus someone screaming outside my door to let me in. You would think being near main office, they would stop such behavior, wish the person would have let them in, so my grandkids and I could have slept.

Very comfortable and perfect in every way. My niece and I were in Providence for a cheer competition (we are owner and coach) and we absolutely loved the penthouse! We are hoping to stay here again next year. The little place across the street, Irregardless, has fantastic food! We really enjoyed our stay.
