Staff was great. Very friendly, accomodating. Hotel is clean. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Less money than the chain we normally pick that rhymes with blampton bin... and it's basically the same thing, but with a bigger TV, and comfier bed. We'll definitely return. Room for improvement: toiletries in bathroom. Those basically suck so be sure to bring your own.

Very clean very comfortable and good location to downtown Keene. There was no staff that we came in contact with. They give you codes to entries.

I paid extra to have a view of the mountain but the windows were so dirty that I decided to close the curtains. There was a big water leak spot on the ceiling by the window.
