A bit isolated - would have been nice to walk downtown but Walmart was within walking distance.

River Park Inn is offering accommodations in Klamath Falls. The hotel provides both free WiFi and free private parking. Guest rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels....

The bed was clean. The only issue I had was that there was mold on the floor in front of the shower and looked like possible mold in the corner by shower. I didn't get close to investigate. I was on my way home, and so I only booked room to spend the night so I could catch the bus home the next day. Served the purpose I needed.

We are very familiar with the Klamath Basin having previously lived there for over 30 years. It's fun to see friends, visit local eateries ( especially the Klamath Grill - great breakfasts - try the sourdough pancakes!) We always enjoy the scenery - lakes, mountains and farm fields. It feels like home and staying at the Days Inn felt like being cared for like family.

Don't go on a Monday or Tuesday if you want to go to any museums. they are all closed. Also check the restaurant to ensure they are actually open. It's a nice enough town, but not really a "destination". It's more of a stopover for visiting Crater Lake, or heading to someplace else. The area is quite beautiful though.

I'm sure there was much to do in K-Falls, but I was on my way to a wedding and needed to get to Eugene. I did not stop on the way back to rest, so I didn't get to see what K-Falls could offer. You need to stop at Chilitos Mexican Grill off S 6th Street right next to the Majestic Inn and Suites. Fresh food, fresh salsa, and great margaritas! Getting around is easy. There is construction on some streets, but that should not hinder your stay.

Crater Lake Zipline was our primary reason for visiting the area. One day, we did go into Klamath Falls downtown area. If was actually a really cute. There are multiple outdoor pianos painted very well. We had the best tacos my son has ever had (which is saying something because that's pretty much all he eats). The coffee shop was delicious. We got a recommendation for the Favell Museum, and it turned out to be my favorite part of the trip (of course I always love looking at art).

Great stopping off place if doing extensive traveling . Not a real tourist destination. Crater Lake proximity. Klamath Grill in old downtown has a great breakfast with extensive menu, friendly staff, Veteran discount.

Luisa and Vince keep their motel immaculate. It is cleaned to an extreme. Real coffee in the rooms. Quiet. Easy parking, She has put beautiful quilts on the beds. Matching curtains. Real toilet paper, not the flimsy cheap stuff. Anytime we go through Klamath Falls, we stay there. It is like being home.
