Staff was rude. I paid for breakfast but did not get any as kitchen was closed. I have not yet received my deposit till today. Amount of almost £300 lost. Was told i will get it back in 10 business days. Its 3months now and I have not received anything. Not sure if its their way of scamming customers. Will never stay there again.

The staff in reception denied rooms initially even after showing documents, then I tried contacting booking. Com, could not, subsequently i conacted Holiday inn helpline and solved the issue, the experience of check in was horrible, delayed and frustrating in a foreign county particularly travelling with family. Pl ensure that booking is honoured by hotels

The laundry facility was a bonus however had to wait sometimes as not all machines were functional. Good number of restaurants near by. Was easy to access Washington DC via Uber/lyft Breakfast was almost the same on both days
