It was pretty underwhelming but served its purpose as a stop along our travels. Best Feature: There was a very kind man working at The Brew Brothers restaurant that served us, he deserves a raise.
An on-site movie theater, spa and private beach strip are featured at this resort. Less than 1 mile from California and Arizona state borders, Avi Resort & Casino offers rooms with free Wi-Fi.

I loved your hotels dog policy which is only as good as your staff's welcoming g of dogs, and I loved it! Your dog courtyard was a great feature and very much appreciated. The hotel rates, location, amenities and decor were all very nice. Your hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping, resteraunts and casino customer service were all all amazing, wonderfully helpful and accomidating.
Issues of concern.
1. The room ac was not cooling, after an hour I notified the front desk and was told to give a little bit. After two hours the room temp was at or near the outside temp. Maintenance repaired but it didn't fully cool the room until midnight the following day.
2. The room generally well appointed and clean enough for my needs, has a large deposit of left over bed parts under the bed and a truly impressive dust bunny habbitate.
3. The bed has apparently never been rotated, as my head was lower than my chest when laying down. I slept sideways, because I didn't feel like rotating it.
4. CJ's staff warm and inviting, inedible food. I had three bites of the rueben and threw it away. My dog wouldn't even taste the burger patties I bought for him. The chocolate cake was a 2# slice of average cake that absolutely didn't need to be that big, unless you've thrown away your dinner after 3 bites.
5. Bubba's great staff, engaging and inviting. The fish and chips, three huge portions of fish with a dusting of fries didn't stand a chance to not be a steamed pile of mush by the time I completed the 4 min walk back to my 1st floor room. The absence of slaw, tartar sauce and lemon didn't help. The fried pickle ball was inseparable and was a giant grease sponge for all the same reasons. The gumbo...was akin to taking what was left at the bottom of the previous nights gumbo pan out of the dish water and rinsing it and adding water, repugnant.
This hotel is located on the shores of the Colorado River, directly across from Bullhead City. It features an on-site casino and a private beach on the river.

Cigarette butt's everywhere. Understanding they r in the middle of a remodel. Looks like tons are rooms are taken by people who actually live here. Not very appealing for traveler's at all. Has a feeling of not being very safe. Room was okay. Found 2 bugs in bathroom. Front desk was very nice. Workers outside also nice.

We like to walk and did the Colorado River hiking trail which is very convenient to where we stayed. There are lots of restaurants and parking was easy. No matter where we went we found nice people who seemed to enjoy their jobs and people. I would have liked to be outside more but we had rain but the riverfront is inviting. We ate at Bubba Gumps because we like fish and at Outback for lunch. Both had good food and attentive staff. It is a little farther than I like from where I live (Phoenix) but a good place for an adult weekend.

A nice, somewhat quieter alternative to Las Vegas.
A nice, somewhat quieter alternative to Las Vegas.
The location is very good, on the shores of the Colorado River.
Bullhead, Mohave and Fort Mohave, right across the river, offer more amenities, including gasoline at lower prices.
Many natural attractions are closeby, such as the Lake Mead Recrearion Area, Oatman, Kingman and scenic route 66.

People attitude is nice at most places at Lauglin's Hoteles and Casinos and the two small stores. Attitude from staff is important to feel comfortable at any place.
Only at "TRPN Casino" we have not so good experience with a lady at the Reward card's desk. Smiles are always the best welcome at any place, but if you can't smile, it's okay, but a voice's tone is relevant too. We believe that the staff's behavior should be professional to make guest to feel welcome at any place.
P, S, Maybe, just maybe, Laughing should have more options for kids even that the river is great for the them.

Laughlin is nice place to stay for a couple of nights if you stay in the right casino. However all the casinos have raised all their food prices so high you can't afford to eat there. Not satisfied to get your money at the machines they want it on every thing else also. Used to go gambling at lease once a month. Now maybe twice a year. Don't like being ripped off.

The weather this time of year is perfect.
The weather this time of year is perfect. The location is pretty good. We ride a motorcycle and was annoyed that we had to use helmets to just run from place to place. The stop lights are ridiculous, I drove through them many times in 9 days because I got tired of them not changing, I have better things to do than wait for a light for 10 min with 2 cars on the road, flashing 4 ways would be more than enough when its not busy. Food amenities aren't to good because everything is inside a casino. We don't gamble and came to spend Christmas with family that are snowbirding here. Knowing now what the area is like we would definitely be staying in Bullhead City. Close food that is very good. No helmet laws in the state of AZ and the sight seeing is a little closer not that a mile or 2 makes a difference. It's also nice not smelling dope every time you get out of your car or other establishments like in Nevada.

One of the main reasons we chose your hotel was for the buffet. We were very disappointed that it was only served on weekends. We did find the staff in the restaurant very courteous and friendly
It was a full Casino hotel for $69. It had several restaurants on site, including Bubba Gump where we ate - that was good if slow - run Forest run !
Free parking unlike Vegas.
Very nice hotel & room, front desk very accommodating. Needed to stay an extra night & they helped with my request, no need to move to another room that was awesome!!
