The description said SALT WATER POOL!! IT WASNT!! I am allergic to chlorine so I couldn't even swim with my kids!! It also said washer and dryer were IN the large suite I booked....that was also false information!! I listed 2 children on my booking. One was a 2yr old. Yet they put us on the 2nd floor and called me to complain my kids were too loud!!! No one was jumping or being excessively loud. A 2yr old naturally walks heavier. We were put right above the front desk. I informed the front desk of the discrepancies with the room after check in...all they did was change the description on booking.com.

It's a nice place and it looks like management is trying to keep things up, but being a large facility it needs lots of work. At the time I was there, the pool was closed - not that I wanted to go for a swim, but not a good thing to happen in the middle of summer.

The staff was excellent, breakfast good, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The pool facilities were nice too, and I'd like to give a shoutout to the pizza place around the corner, which was an excellent suggestion by the receptionist.
