The location is great, so close to Kings Island and there is a Waffle House just across the street, and lots of other food options just a block or so away. Staff is always helpful and friendly too. It isn't a palace but you have everything you need. The rooms are well kept, and always clean. Towels always look new without stains or wear. We had a train excursion (train ride/lunch at the historic Golden Lamb/craft activity/ice cream at the Old Fashioned Village Ice Cream Parlor in Lebanon). They did not show specific pictures of the suit we were looking at so the room was a disappointment. We thought it had more room to move around and a dining table. The carpet is very worn. The breakfast buffet in the historic house on the grounds was outstanding! They put on a wonderful spread!
