    Massard is really greater Fort Smith.

    Massard is really greater Fort Smith. This area is neat, prosperous, and orderly, to my eyes. We came down to ride the trolley (not in full operation right now), visit the Parrot Island water park, and ride the train in Creekmore Park.

    I did not like how dirty the room and bathroom were.

    I did not like how dirty the room and bathroom were. The carpet was stained and my bedding had multiple stains, a burn on the top cover, and the material around the outside of my bed frame was absolutely filthy. The view from our room was nothing but about 25 mattresses piled up outside my window. I wanted to relax by the pool and the pool was completely shut down. I left a day early. I would not recommend this hotel and I really deserve to get a refund.

    Easy to find, very comfortable room.

    Easy to find, very comfortable room. Staff was friendly (exception the breakfast staff person) but sure they will remedy that when they are made aware of the problem. Clean facility , with plenty of towels and little amenities.

    If your going for the pool, call first to make sure it is up...

    If your going for the pool, call first to make sure it is up and running!! We chose it because of the beautiful pictures of the outside pool. We wanted a weekend away to relax in the sun by the pool without a lot of peope around. We get there and are told the pool is down for the summer. VERY DISSAPOINTING. Other than that, the rooms were clean and loved the breakfast.

    Close to Mercy Hospital if you have appointments.

    Close to Mercy Hospital if you have appointments. Wish they had special rates for hospital appointments and stays. convenient to places to eat. rooms were clean and quite, especially liked the room with no carpet. Will need a handicap assessable room on next stay, plus pet friendly, I have a long hair Chihuahua that we will have to bring with us.

    LaQuinta is a nice hotel in a good location close to shops...

    LaQuinta is a nice hotel in a good location close to shops and restaurants. My room was quite large, well appointed, with lots of plug ins and even a couple of USB plugs. Nice, clean, comfortable, and I always enjoy having a mini-fridge and microwave in my room. I come through here periodically, and I will definitely stay at LaQuinta again.
