The hotel is easy to get to.
The hotel is easy to get to. With some changes it could have been a grate stay. It is unfortunate that when problems were pointed out that they were not taken care of. Anyone can have a bad day it was the lack of follow through with fixing the problems with our room like not making the bed before we even stepped in the room that upset me the most. The place is not run down yet.
The place is not run down yet. I had a hard time in shower because there wasn’t a mat in tub which was very slippery. A safety bar would have helped. For some reason we were placed on the 4th floor with noisy children and a crying baby. I think this is where they put anyone using booking.com or unwanted guests.
