I only went once during our stay. That morning the coffee pot was empty at 8:30. The food choices were very limited.

It had a lot of nearby retail and restaurants. It was also close to a hospital. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast and kitchenette inside of our room.

McKinney is beautiful and the downtown offers a lot of history, shopping, and good food. We visited Arcade 92 twice! For my birthday we ate at Ricks Chophouse and I could not have been more pleased. Would have loved more time to explore the area.

Historic Downtown McKinney is my favorite part.
Historic Downtown McKinney is my favorite part. The houses surrounding the business area are lovely. The neighborhoods are immaculate, and the environment gives the feeling of stepping back into time!
The square iteslf provides excellent shopping opportunities (especially for women), unique sourvenirs, and delicious restaurants and treats!
We look forward to our next trip to McKinney's finest!

We went downtown visited the McKinney Welcome center and received helpful information. We had a great time. We visited the Allen Mall, ate at several different restaurants. We plan to go back again for another long weekend.

The home was comfortable and very well decorated and had a washer and drier. The walk-in shower was beautiful, but a tight squeeze to get into.
I used the kitchen with a full-size refrigerator.
I never sat at the table, and I found it just as comfortable at the bar area. If I find myself in the area again, I'll come back a short walk to the old downtown excitement.

Lots of great options for food and shopping near by.
Lots of great options for food and shopping near by. The famous Hutchens was as good as advertised and had a friendly staff. The Mexican cantinas were fun as well as tasty. There's a great little park right across the street from Home2 Suites by Hilton. You can walk the path by the lake or ride your bikes. It's a pretty area. Even though the roads are a bit confusing at first, it's easy to drive to where we want to go.

There was no breakfast in the location. I wish that they correct such misunderstanding since I thought there will be breakfast just to find out that they have it in the vending machine (which is nowhere near a real breakfast that I had with other hotels or hospices)
