As stated, myself, and my husband were extremely satisfied with the location of the hotel. We were not overwhelmed with the room, as we expected more. Furnishings were average, as was the decor. We did not like the cheap toilet paper in the bathroom, and limited toiletries. This was a family trip for us.
This was a family trip for us. We spent time enjoying being together and visiting nearby relatives. It's a beautiful, relaxing place that would be great for any group. It has rr to comfortably be together while providing areas for privacy in the bedrooms and outdoors. It's also a great location for drives into Richmond and to Charlottesville and the Shenandoah Valley. I'm already considering it for a "girl's trip" and a get together for my cousins! Midlothian is a lovely city located right off the main highway with plenty of hotels to choose from and lots of shopping. Be sure to stop by the Brick House as it's really good food and plenty of it. My stay at La quinta Midlothian was good, no issues in the beginning. The room was clean and the floor I stayed on was quiet, no problem with parking at all. The last night wasn't good I was locked out of my room due to the door card reader not working and I was accommodated with staying in another room until the issue was fixed in the morning. Nice place to visit. I go there to see My daughter and so far I have missed the searing summer heat and humidity….so I am thankful for that!! Heat/humidity and I don’t get along!! Other than that it’s a very nice area and everybody seems to have nice fescue lawns!Guest review byRobert
