Beautiful and I believe newly renovated. Very helpful staff and super responsive when asking for recommendations in winter. Really appreciated the beautiful and very unnecessary upgrade they gave us- thank you! We will be back!

I am sure the house was fine, but If I owned the house, I would move from Red Awning as a manager. I will NEVER book with them again and will tell all the same. That will not help this property with clients

Quaint small town at the base of the Wasatch Mountains.
Quaint small town at the base of the Wasatch Mountains. It has a Swiss Alps theme going on that is quite charming and fun. The town itself is pretty limited - one or few of just about everything, but not a lot of great options. However, Heber City is only 5-10 minutes away and has more options. Park City is under 30 minutes away, with tons of options for shopping, restaurants, etc. If you like golf, there are multiple very good and reasonably priced courses around. Lots of outdoors / "nature" things to do as well.

The Homestead Crater was right across from us and mini golf right next door. There were biking/hiking paths less an 1/2 mile away and the center of Midway right down the hill loaded with great restaurants, coffee shops, and gift shops.

Visited the Ice Castle, pretty place, but way too crowded even without Covid. We purchased tickets online and assumed that this was to control number of people during that time period, but they were selling tickets onsite. Took away some of the speacialness since there were so many people in the attraction at the same time.

A great bakery in Midway by the town square.
A great bakery in Midway by the town square. The outdoor ice skating rink was so much fun. The crater was a real hit for everyone. We wish the ice castle had been open - but we'll head back later for that treat. Horse-drawn sled and sledding were also highlights along with the Heber Creeper Polar Express!

The room was excellent however; we were traveling with two elderly people have difficulty with stairs. This resort has a lot of stairs to the suite and no elevators. The parking stalls are small. If you have a large vehicle it is difficult to park it.

The resort is stunningly beautiful - your perfect mountain retreat - and having the crater onsite to swim in is extremely spectacular and unique. The bed is honestly one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in.
Midway is a very gorgeous town to which the hotel is perfectly situated to explore.
Servers at the restaurant are fabulous. Food is great too (although a pretty limited menu).
Huge shout out to Isaac who helped return items left in the room to us with a lot of diligence and effort - highly appreciated.
We loved how spacious and clean our hotel rooms were! The beds were comfortable, the balcony was nice. We had everything we needed and the pool was fun. We were able to walk to nearby Zermatt for breakfast and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth.
We chose this hotel for ski trip for 4 days cause in information on site was nice photos about swimming pool Inside and Outside and Jacuzzi, Gym and sauna.
