I go to Midwest City often because I lived there for several years and keep in contact with several friends in the area. The Hawthorne is perfectly located right off I-40 and is less than a 30 minute drive to several casinos in the area. Grand Casino Shawnee is 20 minutes east and the downtown, Bricktown, Plaza, Paseo, and Mid Town dining and entertaining districts are all located within a 15 to 20 minute drive!Guest review byMallonee - Review score4.0

The motel needs to be honest on their website, the room looked like they smushed two beds in there that would fit, the door was beat up from the inside of the room leading outside like someone was drunk or in a rage beating on the door, the bathroom door didn't even have a knob that latched or locked the door closed, just had to push it shut and hoped it stayed there. there were people outside all hours of the night, people with motorcycles revving their engines, various people you knew were locals who were staying there, I will not be staying there againGuest review byNikkiUnited States

Everything (breakfast, room, and pool) was great! We would definitely stay again if we were to visit the area again. I was happy to see that gave fresh towels and cleaned the room daily.
