    The items in the restaurant are most minimum in continental...

    The items in the restaurant are most minimum in continental breakfast option by USD 10.58. The water pressure in the toilet is too low. This mustn’t be considered. The most of the reception staffs can’t answer any questions regarding communication to from the hotels and some other information I needed. They showed sidestepping attitudes in many cases.

    The staff were helpful and friendly.

    The staff were helpful and friendly. I requested for a feather free room since I’m allergic to feathers but my room was not ready when I checked in and had to wait. The associate who was helping me offered me complimentary snacks while I waited for my room to be ready. When I was talking a shower, I realized that the body wash bottle was empty and was not refilled, also the box of tissues was almost empty and I didn’t see body lotion anywhere in the room. Just little thing’s missing from the room which is why I rated my stay much lower than I would have. Other than that, the facility was updated, clean and had most of the amenities I needed. I would definitely stay there again.

    Far from transport and shopping centre and to city centre...

    Far from transport and shopping centre and to city centre and Hollywood. No shuttle. Hard if you are not driving, rely on taxis/uber. Staff not always helpful. No kettle for tea in the room, not all guests are coffee drinkers. Was overpriced. Only breakfast restuarant closes early at 09.30.
