WE LOVE THIS HOTEL! It was our second time staying here and we actually waited out front for our check-in time. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I like that they have a indoor heated pool plus a jacuzzi and a nice restaurant next door The only thing was the Jacuzzi water looked cloudy and the walls looked dirty

I arrived early and wasn’t able to check in until 4 pm which was stated on the reservation. We checked in and the balcony was small no chairs and the bathroom was a little dated. We had an issue and AMANDA was amazinggg! The small issue was nothing because she went above and beyond and that made a great trip. They will be getting a makeover but I would travel back there!!

The location is perfect, right in the center of town. We were there for the St. Patrick’s Day parade, which was right down the street from the hotel.

Holiday Inn Express Pittston - Scranton Airport by IHG is located in Pittston, within 10 miles of Montage Mountain Ski Resort and 11 miles of University Of Scranton.

Right next to Walmart and food. Close to the highway. Staff was very nice. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was great and I could actually smell breakfast cooking in my room on the 4th floor. Not sure how that was possible but when I got on the elevator the other guest and I were talking about it !

    The room was far in the back of the hotel, but it did have parking next to the room door. The room looked newly remodeled and smelled clean. New floors and bed. We had to keep catching big moths that somehow were getting in the room. A lot of party noise and Marijuana smells from above.

    Great location if planning on visiting Montage Mountain ski...

    Great location if planning on visiting Montage Mountain ski resort as this is the only outdoor activity in the area. Plenty of outdoor shopping options. Restaurants and food options are pretty limited, definitely not to NY standards, select few are worth dining at.

    My wife disinfected the room upon arrival and found the surfaces were filthy. The desk, counter n the bathroom.and the microwave were not to our satisfaction. We were totally dissatisfied with Room 312 and the lack of cleanliness. I am disappointed no manager ever called me, as per Bryan. When I checked out, Anja (front desk) said she would pass on my complaint to Steven (the manager). I doubt he will call. Bryan and Anja were very pleasant, I told them we would probably never return.

    It was the worse experience I ever had at any hotel. It was definitely not worth the money that I had to spend to stay at this place. I will never come back to the Marriott I am very disappointed in the Marriott services. Everything was dirty I had to wash up in my slippers because of how dirty the tub was. The towels were used with yellow stains it was terrible.

    Very impressed with this hotel. Not going to lie, I was very skeptical to book a room here but I’m glad I did. Place was very pleasant, great location (grocery stores, park, and next to the highway) my room was very nice and spacious. They are renovating so everything in my room was fairly new. Phil was very nice and helpful.

    Staff extremely kind & helpful, immaculately clean, continental breakfast was great, stayed another night at a cheaper rate. Spa & pool was definitely one reason I booked there which was very relaxing. Definitely recommend!!

    It was in a good location in Moosic, as the point of the trip was to go to the PNC field the next day for a baseball game. My own room was very big with a nice king size bed.
