Staff was very rude and definitely not professional at all. Definitely was not worth the money. They need to get new people in there. They treat you like your bothering them. Very rude. I was very surprised.

Stayed in the accessible room. It was a fight I. And out the bathroom all 5 days, humps in the floor and door ways smh thank goodness I had someone here to help me. I was unable to get into the bed on my own just a little to high. The bathroom was tight and definitely not very clean. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

I love this facility. The separation of the bedroom and living room is great! The only drawback is there is not an elevator, but going up the stairs is great exercise. I wish breakfast went a longer during the week.

    I didn't come as a tourist.

    I didn't come as a tourist. I came only for a funeral and there was great access via Rte 73 to get to the funeral home. I live in Southern MD and would have been impossible to be on time for funeral without coming up the night before

    Mt. Laurel is a great place to stay if you are visiting friends and family. Also if you want a fast venue into the city of Philadelphia, it is in a good location. Shopping and eateries are available for every need and every one.

    I loved how clean the property was, the size of our room was awesome. When I requested an early check in and it wasn't ready yet, they were very accommodating and reassured me twice that they were working on getting it ready.

    This place was very nice. Easy to book and smooth check-in. The smell when I first walked into the place was very pleasant. the staff were very friendly. the room was clean, spacious, and lovely. the AC and heating work well. The bed was very comfortable. The layout of the room was nice, I felt like I was in a small apartment. The food and drink at the bar were good and the prices were good as well. The free breakfast was more than I expected and tasted very good. I also found this place central to all the locations I needed to attend. My Husband and I loved it.

    Liked location Has gone downhill badly since became Sonesta. used to go there all the time when it was Candlewood. Haven't been there for two years room was so filthy. Went to Holiday Inn Express. The were booked. On internet it said your were newly renovated. So I tried it. Won't go back even for free. Florence Haines PS Staff did their very best.

    Breakfast was excellent.

    Breakfast was excellent. Zena and Pierre were amazingly pleasant to deal with, they make each and every single guest feel welcome and their smiles, positive attitude and hospitality were above and beyond. Brian too went out of his way to get me extra pillows. This will be my hotel of choice when visiting again!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
