Hotel very unprofessional staff with no customer service skills (Zay), garbage thru out the hallways, rooms nasty hair all on kitchen floor, dishes in dishwasher not cleaned, couches and dining rooms chairs very unclean with stains visibly seen, unable to sit in. Place just very uncomfortable, didn't sleep at all that night, left at 0400, sat in my car until my nursing assignment started @ 0600. A single women traveling to Chicago area this place is a safe great place to stay. It was expensive. But how do you put a price on safety. The doors lock at 8 pm. Staff was always at the front. Munster is a good location.
Munster is a good location. It's connected to Schererville where you can do a lot of shopping. Centennial Park is a nice spot too. Really good restaurants in the area. And you're only 30-35 mins away from Downtown Chicago. 20-25 mins away from Southlake mall. Be careful of the police. They are everywhere and some are racist. Other than the police and some of the racist folk who live in Munster or the surrounding areas, its a nice, quiet place.Guest review byAshleyUnited States
