The rooms were huge which was very good but i had a couple of issues :
While booking the hotel it did not mention that you have to be 21+ to check in
In the room, near the basin there was no proper place to hang the hand towel
The breakfast included was one of the most dissapointing breakfasts i probably saw in my life at a marriott chain hotel, there was barely anything to eat and the size of the “buffet” was half the size of my room. They had turkey sausages but instead that looked like a turkey burger patty
The housekeeping which came barely knew english they had to call someone who id speak to, and then they would translate it in English. I mean i dont mind that but like in a country like america and a hotel like that i expect the staff to know english which is widely spoken there
We had booked 2 rooms in which one rooms bathroom did not even lock and for the other it did lock but the bathroom door and the wall door lining had enough gap for anyone to peep through
But the only good part was that the room was huge beyond expectation compared to the other hotels

The plus about the stay is the hotel itself good location not too far from downtown Boston, rooms are well maintained, comfortable.
The negatives
Reception Staff not friendly at all makes your stay very unpleasant same for the staff at breakfast very loud and rude.
I don’t recommend this place unless is your last resort

Some staff are nice, some of them exhibit a negative attitude. One room we booked is leaking and we want to change the room, one front desk staff member didn't want to help, just said no room left, but another staff said actually we have plenty of room,

The room exceeded our expectations in terms of size, proving even more spacious than what appeared in the online photos. However, the lighting was notably dim, which somewhat affected the overall comfort and atmosphere of the space. The included breakfast was a welcome addition to our stay. The morning spread offered milk, juices, pancakes, waffles, and boiled eggs. While the selection was satisfactory, the addition of hot protein items like sausages or bacon. Overall, our stay was good value.

Needham has a lot of great restaurants and is close to Boston. Getting around Needham by car is easy. The hotel is close to Panera, which the grandkids loved. There are also nice restaurants for couples like Blue, which had wonderful gourmet pizza! There are supermarkets nearby and all kinds of stores.
We like that it is less expensive than staying in Boston, a really nice town, easier to park, and yet close enough when you want to visit Boston.

There is a Stop and Shop nearby, which is great because we had a two burner stove and a full size refrigerator
. Also had a dishwasher and everything we needed for cooking except a mixing bowl which I brought with me. Restaurants are nearby. The place was great and we loved it!

The hotel was extremely clean and breakfast was a plus. Extremely convenient to Gillette and Boston. We stayed here after a Gillette event with plans for Boston the next day. Easy to get to from the highway and all the amenities you could need!

Breakfast - Appalling. NO staff. Milk in Child's straw-punch containers. In a Hotel!!
Hockey puck scrambled egg - on ICE cold plate. Impossible to get coffee machine to work. OJ not fresh.
Desk staff very helpful.
Early check in was available even though I had forgotten to tell the hotel in advance. That made a huge difference for our vacation as we took a red eye to fly in.
