Staff was rude. I paid for breakfast but did not get any as kitchen was closed.
I have not yet received my deposit till today. Amount of almost £300 lost. Was told i will get it back in 10 business days. Its 3months now and I have not received anything.
Not sure if its their way of scamming customers. Will never stay there again.

The place is clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff are supper nice. Too many shops and restaurants around. But it is only recommended for those who drive. Otherwise it’s far away from DC downtown , The White House …etc

The staff in reception denied rooms initially even after showing documents, then I tried contacting booking. Com, could not, subsequently i conacted Holiday inn helpline and solved the issue, the experience of check in was horrible, delayed and frustrating in a foreign county particularly travelling with family. Pl ensure that booking is honoured by hotels

The rooms needs renovation, carpet bubbles, several pieces of the wooden tiles missing, AC missing adjustment buttons, carpet in the lobby looks raggedy as if it has never been replaced since the hotel was built, no microwave oven anywhere within the property. I asked one the front desk staff if there was one located anywhere in the hotel that guess could use to heat up their meals and responded with a very negative attitude. I would stay there anymore or recommend to my friends.
No microwave nor refrigerator available in the room. The bed was raggedy, made noise upon sitting or moving around. Lobby area completely shut down. Appears to be used as a Transient hotel now.
The location of the hotel is fantastic since one can access a few other facilities in the neighborhood. The check in process is also seamless and the room was spacious and comfortable.
