חדר ענק ברמה גבוהה ביותר, מאוד מודרני,נקי ביותר, מעוצב, יפה. צוות מצויין, יש מסעדה מצויינת בלובי.המיקום מחוץ לוושינגטון! קרוב לאוניברסיטה. הוייפי היה די חלש, המים החמים באמבטיה לא היו ממש רותחים אבל לא משהו משמעותי,בטח אם היינו מבקשים מיד היו מסדרים. המיטות והמצעים היו מצויינים רק רך מדי למי שאוהב מזרן קשה.
