Olive Branch has a lot of places to eat and many hotels.
Olive Branch has a lot of places to eat and many hotels. It is convenient to I-22. Once you get through Memphis and across the bridge, it's best to stay here because there isn't much in Byhalia or Holly Springs. I liked that it was new as of 2022 and rooms were still nice. Access to nearby stores for all our needs. The entrance/parking area is quite tight to maneuver. Our first room the key cards didn't work so attended.
Our first room the key cards didn't work so attended. Had to let us in. Then we had make sure someone stayed in the room to let anyone back in again when bringing in our luggage. There wasn't enough towels, no coffee maker, toilet handle was broken, carpet had toe nails on it. Cockroach in the bathtub. Smoke detector was broken, no microwave or coffee maker in the second room that we stayed in because we had to stay one more night and they gave us different rooms. The room stunk terrible.
The room stunk terrible. When you pay 252.00 for a room I'm pissed it seems as no cares about the customers. And homeless people came inside and ate free breakfast explain. That to me. I wouldn't recommend Quality Inn to anyone to stay.Guest review byAnonymous - Review score

Early check in was great. No complimentary breakfast and no maid service during our stay was disappointing. If you don’t get your room cleaned or a breakfast then they should discount the price or at least tell there is no complimentary breakfast or maid service when you make your reservation.
