A budget hotel, good for a one night stay. Clean bedding, warm shower, air con. Breakfast was awful though and we’ve never seen so much waste produced by so few people- everything is plastic, single-use, which is so different to what we’re used to in Europe (perhaps more of a reflection on the USA rather than the hotel…?)

This was more of a business hotel in Bonita Springs but fairly new, the receptionist was lovely and they had a lovely bar where you could get an evening drink from. Rooms were lovely and clean and had everything you needed with also a gym.

I liked the breakfast, and the professionalism of the staff.
While the cleanliness of the room was a major issue, the professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff ensured that we walked away with a good feeling about how our concerns were addressed. We appreciate their efforts and would consider staying here again based on the quality of their customer service.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful including maintenance man who helped with our safe twice (corroded batteries) Pool area was pleasant with cabanas, sun-beds and hot tub. Pool towels provided and could be changed daily if required but were very small. We had a one bedroom suite which was a good size. Very comfortable large bed. 2 huge TV’s. Good wifi. New fluffy white towels and new shower curtain. Dove toiletries.
