The staff was very nice when we checked in. We had called earlier and asked for a room on the ground floor and they gave us one right by the office. It was very clean, very spacious and when we needed help with anything, they were right there and very gracious to help.

The whole experience was fabulous! Everyone was so kind. I had an issue with leaving my license somewhere. They were compassionate and even helped me to figure out what to do! I am so grateful for you!

Our stay was by far one of the best trips we have been on. The facilities were gorgeous and people so professional and polite. The following people went above and beyond to make treat us like royalty and special.
Mary Ann in villa I greeted us with the biggest smile and gave us a glass of wine to enjoy while we waited on our room since it was not ready when we arrived. Because it took so long and we waited an hour and half to two hours she brought a bottle to our room. No one does that now day but she did. She is by far one of your ace employees. Shawn helped with shuttle and us finding room. We kept getting wrong directions to room and we were rolling our luggage. He saw us ask if we needed help then flagged a shuttle down to take us to our room. Last was Corina at restaurant in hotel who worked so easily with us at breakfast as our group kept changing number. She treated us like it was no big deal. The trip was awesome but these people helped make this trip one we will always remember and made it so we want to come back.

Location, cleanness, friendliness of staff. Pool and area were excellent. The lobby has lots of spaces to relax and it is exquisitely decorated. The daily, free yoga classes were excellent.

I thought the hot breakfast was very good. It had hot oatmeal and waffles. I would have liked to see some non dairy milk and fresh fruit, however.

We enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert. it was well located for trips to Joshua Tree NP and several other state parks and hiking trails. Restaurants were plentiful and we had our share of Japanese, Jewish, French, Mexican, and local brew pub fare. Considerable driving to get around, but C-111 moved us pretty well. Take in the Air Museum near the airport.

Palm Desert is a beautiful place to visit.
Palm Desert is a beautiful place to visit. We were only there three days. The Marriott Desert Springs resort is really cool and the Aerial tram was a lot of fun. The Alps Village is a wonderful German restaurant. Indian Wells Tennis Garden was amazing but the concessions were overpriced. It was easy to get around the area.

Palm Desert is located on a golf-course in a well-maintained gated community and close to the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub which was a nice bonus. The place is a little small, but sufficient for our needs, and I appreciated how clean it was. Vacasa management was easy to work with and very prompt to help us with a few minor issues. The only down-side was a 6 hour scheduled electrical shut-off that we were not told about beforehand which was totally frustrating and inconvenient as we could not wash/fix our hair or cook the food we had bought and planned for that day. We received no communication or compensation for it, which I think was warranted, and overall leaves me with mixed-feelings about recommending. Otherwise, for the value and location, I would definitely recommend.

I am concerned that charge may have been doubled for this day. I paid in advance through booking.com through PayPal. When I got to the location I was asked for my credit card which was run and the day of my departure I received an invoice from the location unable to tell whether I paid my credit card as well. I'm going to have to wait till I get my credit card statements to see if I was double charged.
Actually the location wasn't bad the room was fine. Like I said the problem was somebody was playing music loudly several rooms away and the noise kept me up all night after waking me at 1:30 in the morning

For the price the rooms were exceptionally small. Also purchased a massage which I thought would be discounted because of the Marriott stay , it was not I ended up paying a total of $380.00 for a 60 minute stress massage plus arnica oil . I have never ever ever paid that amount. Iwas so disappointed. We were booked to go up in January with 3 other couples and after we related the what occurred we all cancelled. Rather go to Las Vegas and have a nicer hotel and golf and spa treatment.
