Breakfast was very good, staff went out of there way to help if you needed anything. The bed was very comfortable. They are in the process of remodeling, after they bought out the other hotel. Overall a good place to stay as we were traveling through.

This is an older motel so don’t expect everything to be new. The beds were comfortable. It was quietand felt safe. The parking area is well lit. The only people in the lot were those who were staying there.
We were in Parsons attending our grandson's graduation.
We were in Parsons attending our grandson's graduation. I did not have high expectations because it's a small town in SE Kansas. The town was clean and the people were friendly. If you like to fish there are 3 rivers nearby with good fishing.

Manager was rude and unprofessional.
Manager was rude and unprofessional. Gave away our downstairs handicap room and made us stay upstairs. I’m on a walker and my wife is on a cane.
Worst behavior I’ve ever seen at a hotel. He blamed us, blamed Booking.com and said he didn’t have to honor a handicap room request if he didn’t want to.
We had booked this motel two months earlier.
