The elevator didn’t work and they put us on the 4th floor, said there were no other rooms available. There were hardly any people in the hotel and nobody else on the 4th floor. We were there 2 nights and the elevator still wasn’t fixed when we left. The pool also had an excessive amount of hair in it. The person cleaning said she was going to clean it but it didn’t get cleaned during our stay.

I booked the King room with pullout couch through Booking.com. When we arrived we were told that they don’t have king rooms with pullout couches. So your description of the rooms on your site is severely incorrect! We drove 11 hrs, arriving at 8pm to a room that was not what we booked. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and we ended up going out and buying an air mattress for our stay. That was ridiculous. FIX YOUR LISTINGS!!! Also your site has zero contact info readily accessible in issues like this. I didn’t have time or patience to track it down.

The room was cozy and stunning. We all had nice hot showers and got to relax and enjoy the morning of a wedding. We had a hair and makeup team come in and there was lots of room for them to work.
