Good location being by the airport, we had a hire car but everything we needed was only about a 30 min drive. Parking was free so that was easy too, room was lovely, everything you needed, staff was always amazing too, felt very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was decent for a free breakfast , definitely loved our stay here!

Our flight was cancelled and we ended up booking this hotel at 2am and checking in at 2.30am. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and helped us with advice about taxis, shops etc as the stay was completely unplanned. The suite was enormous, clean and very comfortable. There was a great choice at breakfast and decent coffee available all day. The pool area was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We ended up having to stay 4 nights and really enjoyed ourselves here in spite of the circumstances. There was even a free taxi to the airport when we finally managed to get a flight home!

This Extended Stay America - Phoenix - Biltmore is located in Phoenix and especially designed for longer stays, with all rooms featuring a fully equipped kitchen.

Nothing was never given a chance or clean room to stay in, staff barely kept communication. Very unresponsive I would say. Wasn’t able to check in either.

    Overall, there wasn't much to do here.

    Overall, there wasn't much to do here. Every popular destination were spread out about 20 minutes drive. We drove to Scottsdale to shop, but overall there's not much to do. I highly suggest only coming here if interested in the outdoors experiences, but even then, I'd prefer Sedona over Phoenix.

    Despite the cold and wind, I enjoyed my visit to Phoenix. We had a great Women's Convention for the Church of God in Christ. The children enjoyed the Encanto Park. We had a nice meal at Dennys and Reggie's Restaurants.

    We were just doing an overnight near the airport, and have stayed here several times previously. It is a great hotel, comfortable rooms, a good restaurant, unfortunately our flight was too early for us to get breakfast, but the dinner was good. The service is very good in this hotel. Also, the free shuttle to and from the airport is excellent.

    The traffic is crazy for us . We are from a town of 10,000. Lots of nice restaurant choices. Something we sure don't have. We ate at Olive Garden. Always good. We were going to a mountain bike race at White Tank so we're in Phoenix for a nice meal and a comfortable place to sleep

    Not a big fan of the city, but the desert, the mountains, and the running trails are the main attraction for me. Traffic in the area is always a nightmare. Drivers are extremely aggressive, especially in or near construction areas. Every year we run the Black Canyon Ultra and it is one of our favorite middle distance runs with an option for running either the 100K on Saturday, the 50K on Sunday, or enjoy the experience of running both days. Great training for the longer distance runs.

    We spend only a few nights at the end of a trip in Phoenix. It is similar to any other city and we probably wouldn't return unless there was a reason to go such as a concert. The city was easy to get around and the accommodation was of good standard. We spent an evening in Scottsdale which was nice to look around the old town part and enjoyed Mexican food at Barrio Queen. Clay shooting at the ranges was a good experience and we had the final dinner at the Arrogant Butcher which was an excellent restaurant, but definitely needs a booking before
