Good geographic location in Westfield. But too much noisy (especially the ice machine in the corridor and the walking of the 3rd floor of you are in the 2nd floor due to bad isolation). The elevator was out of service and no help was given with the suitcases.

Good location for Summit and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had recently been taken over and being refurbished. It's a much better hotel than it was before with good bar and restaurant.
