This property was EVERYTHING! I would recommend this hotel time and time again. The room was everything to be expected. The breakfast was phenomenal. Me and my girls really enjoyed our stay.

    The shuttle wasn't available, and low unprofessional staffing was very dissapointing. Also, the Cafe was closed due to low staff. The hotel is clean, comfortable, which is a plus, but I won't be staying there again, because of the hassle without a shuttle, and no food.

    It was an awful experience.

    It was an awful experience. Cleanliness was attempted, but it needed an overall scrub and carpets cleaned. It still smelled like smoke. But the worst part was the adult baseball makes that took over the entrance/eating lounge until after 11 pm. They were drinking, laughing, yelling and etc LOUDLY. The receptionist said they’d quiet down by 10 pm, but that didn’t happen. Why they were allowed to party at an AIRPORT hotel is beyond me. Travelers have to get get up early - us by 3 am. It was such a redneck experience.

    We were in Plainfield to view the April 2024 eclipse, watching it from our hotel grounds, so we didn't explore the city extensively. I expected traffic to be crazy, but it wasn't. I was able to work in hikes at Sodalis Nature Park and Hummel Park during my stay and was impressed with both. I saw enough to know that I'd live in Plainfield if I moved to the Indy area. Nice restaurants, amazing municipal parks, very friendly people.

    Great staff.

    Great staff. Bed and room was very comfortable, so comfortable I overslept. Great breakfast in the morning. Convenient location. Pool and hot tub water temperatures were just right. Plenty of towels in room and in pool area.

    I had picked out some places to eat (bakery and Italian) a mile or two north of the hotel, but we didn't go there. We were in town for a wedding, which provided enough food. We chose this location for proximity to the airport, which was very good. We also enjoyed a walk on the City's pathway near the high school, a short distance from the hotel.

    White House Suites: The location was great for the airport. The room was not designed for comfort. Very utilitarian. Kitchen but the refrigerator was not working properly. No lamps just overhead canned lighting. Probably fine for a work crew. The rate was too high for the room. Very nice person at the front desk. It was clean. No blankets on bed just a stiff bedspread. Bed was comfortable enough though. Noisy. Outdoor traffic noise and a lot of noise in room above ours. Mexican restaurant was good!

    I stayed here for one night as it’s close to the airport and had a wonderful experience. The rent was affordable. The room was clean, had all basic necessities including a fridge and a personal bathroom which was also spotless. The hotel has many food options nearby at a walking distance and there is parking outside. The staff, each and every one of them, was super nice, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed.

    (1) Perfect location for overnighting near Airport -- shuttle runs every 30-minutes and connects this cluster of 3 hotels. (2) The Check-in and Checkout (at 4am!) people made you feel happy. (3) The restaurant-bar fellow was wonderful with a great knowledge of Indiana sports. The restaurant "Cobb salad" was gigantic, and he nicely gave a box to take the unfinished half onto the flight.

    Awesome value for money! It's a 3Star Airport Hotel in the outskirts of Indy, but given that it is a great choice and has ab absolute fair price esp with the ubiqitous booking discounts. Very friendly staff, nice facilities and a decent breakfast

    Good value for money. The room was large, the bed was massive and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave, sofa and coffee table. The hotel was spacious. It was clean All you could want really. The free breakfast was adequate.
