I paid online at home to save time. When I checked in they asked for payment. I showed my email payment from home. They stated it’s just to hold the room but will be reversed. I paid again, and one week later they never reversed the online charge?!

Staff no where to be found at check out bookings and the hotel did not communicate my stay. Clerk was like not my issue never stay here again

We stayed here for our wedding! Everyone was so accommodating- we had a large group of family staying here. The rooms were very large and clean! The lobby had a fireplace and the bar was open late. Breakfast was included and delicious! We spoke with Meaghan prior to staying here and she was amazing and answered all our questions! Nancy was the bartender and everyone loved her ! Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

I think you have a security deposit on a place that falling apart is completely outrageous They need a paint job everywhere I ever get somethings broken in going up on the second floor. Their carpet is tearing in the hall. It’s disgusting.
