Stayed here overnight from DFW airport on the way to Southfork Ranch the next day - was a great place and would definitely stay here again if passing this way! Had a total surprise when we got here at 6pm as it was "Kick Back" night where we had 3 free drinks and something to eat for from where they served breakfast in the morning, just awesome & was most welcome! The rooms were modern and very clean and the breakfast was lovely with a good selection to choose from!

    Breakfast buffet was great. Having a restaurant on the hotel was very conveniently for us. The location was good. The outside of the hotel was very nice.

    I was really sick with covid and parked in a handicap spot not realizing I didn't have my sign and left it in my other vehicle because this vehicle was brand new. The Cop wrote me a ticket anyways even as I was drastically trying to explain and he could see I was measurable. Unfortunately its sucks when u haft to fetch your own soup!!! And from RaceTrac of all places because your trying to avoid people !!This Cop could of been a little more empathetic.

    Bed and couch not as soft as I like, not comfy cozy. But for one week was ok. The kitchen was great with ice maker in fridge and toaster and coffee maker and dishwasher. The full breakfast was very good! We enjoyed the courtyard where we could sit outside. The staff were very friendly. Excellent location!

    The hotel is really nice. Clean, friendly staff. Room was great, always clean and supplied. Drinks and snacks , really did not have to go out for dinner. Pool and gym. Covered parking. Also a restaurant and bar on property. Walked around Plano, very nice, seemed like lots to do. Our son lived in Dallas, so we spent most of our time there. The hotel was a little far out for where we stayed but the hotel was great.

    We were not advised that we would have to pay for parking at...

    We were not advised that we would have to pay for parking at a rate of $15 per day. We were charged for three days of parking. On the last evening our vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot. The officers who responded to the scene said there had been multiple thefts from the hotel of high-end vehicles. It would’ve been helpful if we had been informed that vehicles were being stolen in that particular hotel and hotels in the area. The management was nonchalant and still charged us for parking. We were not parked in the back of the hotel. Our vehicle was parked near the front door under a light. I would not recommend this hotel to any guest.

    Front desk clerk was amazing help!

    Front desk clerk was amazing help! My Son stayed with his family at another room which they had to change because when the blanket was pulled off there was BLOOD and dried BOOGERS on the bed sheet. The stay didn’t include Breakfast and you have to pay to use their outdated laundry machines.

    I grew up in Richardson but haven't been there for 15 years.

    I grew up in Richardson but haven't been there for 15 years. It has CHANGED and I recognized nothing. However, with Google Maps I was able to find everything I needed to. There was shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby. I was in town for a funeral and Rest Haven Rowlett was very close. We ate at Chuy's in Addison which was delicious. Honestly, we ate most meals at the hotel and the food was free and wonderful!

    The hotel is located in a nice quiet area but not far to downtown. The staff are what make this hotel, super friendly and helpful, a special shout out to Bruce on reception, who always was so polite and asked about our day.     This is my third time in this hotel over the past few years. The rooms are big and very comfortable . There is an indoor small pool and Jacuzzi , plenty of parking and the fact that it is located on G.B. toll way is super important to me.
