I was so pleased with the direct communication with the property owner. I reached out several times regarding checkin specifications and he was also kind enough to extend our checkout time a bit due to a delay with our checkin time with our cruise line. The property itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. Feels very homey. Like a home away from home. I would 100% recommend this property.

Located just off Interstate 95, this Cocoa Ramada is 21 minutes' drive from the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. Features include a free continental breakfast, free WiFi, and outdoor pool.

We stayed overnight to go on a cruise the next day. I liked the fact that we could leave our car there at the hotel for cheaper than what the port charge for parking, and take a shuttle to the port. That was the reason we chose this place. However, it was Not very clean and we didn’t even use the shower because the tub was so dirty. It was very noisy. There were lots of motorcycles in the parking lot all night. Breakfast was pretty decent though.

It was one of the more affordable hotels/motels available the night before leaving for a cruise. The facility was very packed (parking wise) when we arrived (late) but the attendant was very accommodating in helping us secure a parking spot. You can tell a great deal of effort has gone into renovating and updating the facility but it is an older property. It was clean, but could easily feel "not clean".

The condo was beautiful. It could have used a deep clean under furniture. I found dust dirt and past guests crumbs and pet toys but on surface was very clean. The grounds were immaculate and plenty of parking . Ate and watch game at tiki and it also was excellent. Easy to walk my dog and a few pet waste within the complex so i did not see hardly any unattended piles. Thats on owners of dogs though.

Tropical Retreat Near Beaches, Cruise Terminals is located in Merritt Island, just 7.1 miles from United States Coast Guard Station Port Canaveral Wharf and 8 miles from Port Canaveral.

Liked everything about the house. Do wish that they could have maybe had a pack n play for toddler to sleep in. Other than that it was great. They had wifi, roku tv. A pool. It was great.

    Nicely remodeled one bedroom place.

    Nicely remodeled one bedroom place. It's located on the upper lever of a condo looking place. Easy access to the parking spot and beautiful landscaped outside seating and entrance. The floor plan was a nice open contemporary atmosphere and each room was welcoming. The only suggestion would be to add a small dresser in the bedroom so that I could have placed my shorts and shirts in a drawer instead of having them on the chair or the need to live out of my suit case while staying there. But I would definitely stay there again!
