Directly across from the Stephens Convention Center and minutes from O’Hare International Airport, this Rosemont hotel offers a 24-hour business centre and 55,000 sq ft of business meeting space.

When you wait for the hotel shuttle at the airport, you are among other people waiting for different hotels. Lots of people had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour, but when asked, someone said they had already seen the Crowne Plaza shuttle. From there I only had to wait about 20 minutes, so their shuttle really does run every half hour. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, very quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent stay!

This was my first time staying here. The staff were very accommodating. My room was frequently cleaned & I felt very much at home here. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

    With the wifi internet 5.99 for a day and the 5 star charge for room for a 2 star motel, there was no one at front dest after 10 pm. theree was a 1.75 charge for extra towels per day, now get this 2 people are suppose use use 2 towels for a 2 days. There was no extra wash cloths, there was no house keeping at all in fact unless you stay 7 days you don't get that service. The sidewalks was cleared but the drive was not,

    There were available restaurants across the hotel. Airport shuttle is available 24/7, every 30mins. However, toiletries are not available inside the room; you need to go to the front desk to ask for toothpaste, toothbrush and lotion. I was given 1 sachet of toothpaste and 1 tube of shower gel for my 4 night stay; no toothbrush, no lotion. Some staff at the front desk are not accommodating. Wifi did not work throughout my stay (even after asking for assistance at the front desk). There was very little variety on breakfast.

    Great area, there is a lot of hotels and stores, super close to the airport. My favorite spot is a polish market that I visit every time I’m in that area - it’s KD market - they have everything a polish person misses from home. Getting around Rosemont is easy, but there is a lot of traffic on the way to the airport.

    Rosemont is a decent neighborhood, just too far from downtown Chicago , very suburban. Rosemont has good nearby restaurants. I hear, E.S.A. is a much better Hotel option. Transportation includes two local buses running at least every 15 minutes, 7 days a week.

    The hotel was sparkling clean, brand new!

    The hotel was sparkling clean, brand new! There wasn't any soap at sink. Had to climb into shower to get soap, reported this I couldn't find the ice machine. There wasn't one installed.

    Only good if all you need is a bed, a shower, and an airport shuttle. DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS. The free breakfast was packed away early, but also not enough food for the number of guests, the free coffee remained empty, the wifi for your laptop required a 20 minutes call with some abrasive IT hotline. Get your work done at the airport bar instead. There's definitely poor management here, but the front desk staff is very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

    This was my second stay here and I really like the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and the gym is also functional and to my liking. For a business trip around O'Hare ideally situated. Overall great experience. Also with the airport shuttle that comes in handy. I also like the restaurant at the ground floor. And for being so close to the Airport the noise level is reasonable... so a definite recommendation to stay there

    Staff was great, breakfast was ok. Hotel is further away from the city, but it’s also much more affordable than a hotel downtown. We had a great stay thank you! Can absolutely recommend for a trip with friends or couple if you’re looking to save money. Room was clean and the one bed we had was comfortable. Couch was ok too.

    We didn’t have breakfast, but the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the room was pretty much soundproof. We were near the highway with planes going by and didn’t hear a thing. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to the airport; perfect for an early morning departure.
