When I got to my room it wasn’t clean so I had to wait like 30 minutes for the housekeeping to come back and clean my room. This was at 9pm when I checked in.

Location on & off I-30 is easy. Staff was friendly. I even left a bag hanging on the back of bathroom door; maids had turned it in for easy retrieval hours later. Breakfast is exceptional! Service is a lengthy 4 hrs too. I thought the 3rd floor ice maker did not work. Desk clerk (Chloe) volunteered to go right upstairs with me and check it out. It worked!
