The front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and the location was close to Starbucks and a homemade Donut shop :)

Double rooms were not the best for a family of 4. Beds were cramped. We stayed on the 3rd floor and I had a awful time sleeping. There was music playing till about 12.30am and I could not figure out where It was coming from. I called down stairs and they said it was the restaurant below us and they would ask them to turn it down. They lowerd it some but could still hear it. U would think the music would of been done by 10pm. . They offered us to move rooms at 12.30 in the morning but I said no because my kids were already asleep. Walls must also be thin because shortly later I herd a young child crying and that a very croupy cough. I felt bad they were not feeling well but I needed some sleep. Then at one point someone was at our door banging trying to get in thinking it was their room so I assume they were drinking. I was very annoyed. Then In the morning the same family with the child next to us was very load and the child was crying again and mom was very load. We could even hear the water running in the shower in their room. So we hardly got sleep. For the price of these rooms I would expect much more then this. Beds were okay for comfort but just to small to sleep 2 in a double bed and my son and daughter in another bed and they were cramped sleeping so close to each other. I am not sure why hotels don't do 2 queen beds or 2 king beds to a room for a family.
I do like that this hotel is connected to the mall and convention center as we were there for a event. But next time I would consider a different hotel in the area.

Front staff (the one who checked us in) was terrible. No etiquette, not welcome (it seemed she was unhappy to see the guests).
In the heart of downtown Providence, this smoke-free hotel is close to many area attractions, and features state-of-the-art accommodations and first-class amenities.
It was too late to find other accommodations in the location...
It was too late to find other accommodations in the location I needed to be. The absolute horrible treatment to me by Manager Jenny was horrendous.
The ONLY thing I did was call 3 times - 1 for towels - insufficient # of towels in room. 2 for the hairdryer - none in the room. 3 for the iron - none in the room.
For her to cite 'Covid Policies and Protocols' is laughable. The FILTH in this place clearly shows the room hasn't been cleaned in MONTHS, or YEARS!!! Other people's clothes on the floor, pubic hair in the shower, mold and stench and food spatter all over inside and outside of microwave. Damage EVERYWHERE - furniture, doorframes, walls.
I have reported them to the RI Health Department.
