People there are generally great and easy to talk to, loved having conversations and getting to know people! Tona of activities, usually something happening on most nights to get to know people :)

Location is exceptional, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The Hotel Manager Nancy, was extremelly kind to us! And even helped me out with room decor for a birthday, top notch!
Love the fact that they ask for complete quiteness after 9PM
I would just recommend packing a sleep mask to block the light from the street at night
The location of Silverthorne is great. We spend a lot of time there, year-round, for recreational activities. We primarily ate at home on our recent trip; meals out were associated with skiing activities. Easy access to I70 opens possibilities for several ski areas; highway closures in (I70) are a major problem in winter. In summer, hiking, cycling, water activities on Lake Dillon and day trips to nearby towns a]provide plenty of entertainment.

I’ve stayed in Silverthorne 5-6 times over the years, and I have always loved that it is centrally located to so many of the ski / summer resorts like Keystone, A Basin, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Vail Village, and even Beaver Creek at Vail!
Since my family owned a condo in Breckenridge years ago but sold it when my siblings and I all starting having children (who are now all adults), I enjoy the mountains more in the summertime, and that’s when I choose to go up to the mountains and stay over for a couple of nights, especially since I moved to Dallas six years ago.
I LOVE, LOVE LOVE the Outlet stores in Silverthorne, but in particular the following outlet stores; 1) Ralph Lauren, 2) Columbia Sportswear 3) the Coach Store and 4) Eddie Bauer.

We were only there overnight but would recommend staying a few days longer. We enjoyed the nice walking path around the area that connected with other nearby areas. We ate at the Bistro North which was recommended by the person that registered at the place we were staying. The food and service were very good--pricing was a little on the high side. It's easy to get around--there are plenty of restaurants and nearby shopping for groceries, clothing, named brand stores too.

We stayed for 3 nights, would love to have extended the trip by 1-2 nights. Silverthorne is a charming mountain town, ideally situated in the middle of a handful of Colorado's most popular ski resorts! Our sons who are AVID snowboarders consider Silverthorne to be the epic place to live (and they've traveled the world to snowboard).

Silverthorne is a brautiful city.
Silverthorne is a brautiful city. We went skiing at Keystone - a great resort for beginners. The hotel was awful - keys didn't work, no one got any sleep, breakfast was only donuts & cereal - Rooms were old, noisy and outdated for the money. The area, however was beautiful! The pool was not good swimming - the water was not kept up to where it should be./

I loved that my room didn't reek of very harsh chemicals like almost every other hotel in the U.S. so i will likely be staying here a lot more!! Thank you so much for having your rooms this way!! I really appreciate it!!
Excellent value. Family-run hotel in perfect condition with a decor that will take you back to the eighties. Nothing fancy but everything you need at a reasonable price point
Communal kitchen with utensils was fantastic. Nice bar. Room was spotlessly clean with lots of electrical outlets, which was great. Showers clean and spotless
