I always stay here when I come to Sioux City, IA! It is my first and only choice. The rooms are always clean and spacious. I have not had a bad nights sleep and love the mattresses and pillows!

The breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were bigger then I expected and I loved how it was like having an apartment. Also they provided dishes and pots and pans and thought that was neat!

Breakfast was OK. The Bananas were never good. Always way too overripe. Location was OK. The homeless looming in the area leaves security concerns.

    I grew up in Sioux City and always enjoy returning to visit my sons and their families. This particular visit was to celebrate one year old grand daughter's birthday. We enjoy shopping at "Sweet Repeats" on Transit Ave. and usually find a treasure or two for home or friends.

    I had never heard of this hotel, so was pleasantly surprised...

    I had never heard of this hotel, so was pleasantly surprised with the service. Breakfast had hot and cold options, and was clean and ready on schedule. We used to live in Sioux City, and came back for a high school graduation party and to visit friends and family. Good trip!

    Front desk evening staff person was pleasant. Bed was comfy. Hard water perhaps affected the shine on bathroom taps but bathtub had holes where handle.had fallen off The next morning, heard manager dismissing complaint about the smell of a room from a customer. Place felt dingy.

    Liked the staff at the front desk, very friendly and helpful. Didn't like that the breakfast area wasn't advertised as closed. If they truly thought covid was bad enough to close the breakfast area then their staff should have been wearing a mask. NO ONE on the hotel staff wore a mask.

    Short walk to the Orpheum which is beautiful and has great shows! Little bit longer walk to the Hard Rock which has entertainment also that is always good! Close to numerous food options and fun bars! You have to experience Sioux City!

    We went to visit our daughter and family, so didn't do much sightseeing. Sioux City does have some interesting things to see, but isn't a major tourist attraction. We like Sneaky's chicken, Ichiban, and Pizza Ranch.
