Location was off the main road so fairly quiet - we were away from the main part of the building where most of the guests were staying so had a very comfortable stay. Staff very friendly and eager to help - changed the fridge in our room which wasn't working instead of moving us.

We had a sofa bed in our room for the 3rd person in our party. The bed was not made up ready, plus the staff had to bring up the sheets, which weren’t even in the room and she didn’t bring any duvet cover for the bed. When I requested one, she said they didn’t have any, they are all at the cleaners. This is a large hotel group and hotel. I had to beg her to go look for a blanket or duvet from another room, as we were not prepared to sleep without any bed covers, especially as we had paid for a bed and room. Quite an extraordinary response. She literally thought it was ok to give us nothing. Eventually she found us a blanket . Appalling .

Good budget location for events in Providence, just 15 minutes out of town. Good dining options nearby (Cindy's for an excellent breakfast) Room was clean, bed reasonably comfortable, better than expected given the look of the place from the outside. Would stay here again.
