Absolute scam. It was the worst building I’ve seen in my life, let alone a “hotel”. We arrived late at night after long drive and were disgusted at the place. Terrible smell, itchy furniture and an extremely noisy room. We could hear other room toilet flushes! Within 10 minutes we had gone to the front desk to demand a refund however the staff claimed they did not know how to process a refund and to come the next day. The manager then claimed we stayed one night but she failed to understand that we had to stay because her staff did not know how to process a refund! Completely unfair. The staff and utterly incompetent and rude.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and accommodating. The beds are comfortable. There is a bus stop not far away by foot to central Manhattan. All in all it was a perfect stay.
