The room was extremely hot, the air unit on the window didn’t work. The sheets were scratchy. Overall hotel was very old and had unique smells. Kids couldn’t sleep so we ended up just leaving at 3 am to get to our final destination so at least they could sleep in the car

The old rude woman on the swing shift was just that and not just to me, but other guests where she gave away their reservation. Needless to say, I will drive 10 more minutes for a more welcoming hotel.
