We had a wonderful stay at this home in Springboro! It was clean, cozy, and perfectly located close to all amenities and roadways, while still being peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Todd and Mandi were exceptionally communicative hosts, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We usually stay in places with just one bathroom, so we really appreciated the extra half bath and laundry facilities, which enhanced our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic rental and we look forward to returning.

    The worst customer service, the inability to accommodate and the lies, just too much to deal with, lack of communication and did I mention the lies, I never saw the location because it was given to another family after we paid so if you want to be ripped off ($550) lied to and left with no options by all means use this company for your next stay

    Kid Clubhouse- amazing indoor features. 2-12 there going to gave fun. The Barrel. Great food and music friendly staff. Newspring church. Very warm welcoming place. Amazing pastors. Local splash pads parks walking trails and bowling food and more great local shops to shop at. Worst thing in springboro is Quality inn west hotel.

    Neither the hotel site nor the corporate site tell you there's no hot breakfast. This was a hugh inconvenience for us and should have been explained when we checked in. We were looking forward to relaxing in the pool after 12hrs on the road only to find the indoor pool was cold. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and the toilet in our room had a film in it from the water standing too long. I understand these are difficult times for the travel industry, but that's all the more reason to do better.

    The location of the hotel is excellent for the business I needed to conduct. The food was very good as well. The room was large and comfortable for 1-2 people. There were so many shops nearby as well, but it had just snowed, so very cold!
