The room was charged a premium rate as they stated it had a hot tub. What they failed to mentioned is the tub in the room was small and just a regular old tub. A little false advertising. Also had to wait to checkout while the front desk clerk was on the phone. Several people had asked if I was helped but no one helped me.

Trendy / contemporary makeover of an old bank (I think?). Quiet sleep, except when other guests are talking in the hallway. Everything was excellent about the room except one item.

We will definitely stay here again. Although the hotels decor is a little dated, they definitely make up for it in cleanliness! ( and trust me, I checked) It's very clean and the be is very comfortable. The free continental breakfast is really good, and you have access to free tea/ coffee and juice all day. They go the extra mile by offering free ladies sanitary products in the bathrooms near the pool. And we got a phone call about 15 minutes after we checked in to make sure we were happy with everything which was just a nice touch. I've stayed in far more expensive hotels and had worse experiences the staff here really care and it truly shows!
