Rooms were comfortable, staff were friendly & the facilities were good. Wide selection at breakfast. They allowed guests to eat their lunch takeout in the back dining room. We appreciated this, as it kept costs down and allowed us to escape the rain! There were only a couple of minor hardly worth mentioning things. We were charged for a couple of extra bottles of water that we thought were complimentary Our own fault, as we didn’t read the small print but a bit frustrating as we had some in the fridge, we were buying water from the Seven Eleven. Also, there were 3 of us in the family room but the bedding, towels & cups etc only accommodated 2 people. This didn’t change, despite me flagging it with reception.

Location was fantastic. It was within walking distance of several attractions and very close to a subway station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which was relatively large compared to the average hotel room in Manhattan.
