Need clean room and more after value customer request refund it should not take 3to 5 days no matter if you are booking through 3rd party or front desk They will not wait for their money so why should the person that is having the problem they live in there give you a bag breakfast my stay was not a good experience

The woman at the front desk was kinda rude I told her I had ask for rooms on the first floor because those where for the workers around town staying there and then I told her it was because of my grandson birthday party and she said we don’t do party’s here. But last year I remember that you guys put balloons in our room for Caiden bday . Thst so wonderful I thank you for that. We really enjoyed our selfs the kids where good there where only four kids. But there was a big dog across the hall from me thst kept me up all nite as much as the kids enjoyed them selfs I’m not sure thst we will come back I work so hard to pay thst much money For the front desk person to be so rude.

My family and I really loved this place it will be our to go hotel every time we visit Racine. The pool was big and clean always stocked with towels requested a crib it was in the room. I would highly recommend!
