The place was clean and quaint, location really good - great breakfast restaurant right outside your door so would have considered a week if the price was right but that's where the facility is loosing out.

The accommodation was pretty well as expected, a little cramped but exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It was well equipped and served our needs very well. Communication was very good.

You should not book any diving trips - we did it 1,5 month in advance. At the day of our arrival - day before the trips - they informed us that the trip is not possible. The offered an alternative trip on the next day - but as we asked on the next day at 10:00 AM also this trip was cancelled. So we picked this location especially because of diving and ended up with NO dive at all. Very unprofessional.

The accommodations were excellent, loved the little bungalow, everything was very clean and all brand new inside. The little terrace outside was great, I would add an umbrella, but it was nice sitting outside in the morning and evening when the sun was not too hot. Another suggestion is to put curtains on the windows, since it’s very bright as soon as the sun comes out. I would definitely come back and recommend this site. The staff was excellent and very friendly and accommodating.

loved the location, but was put out by the room being dirty, the bed was made , but the floors & around the bed needed sweeping & washing ,,,milldew around the ceiling ...a wash with bleach would have taken care of that

Location was great- about 30 minutes from Key West. Easy access off the highway. The property is immaculate! Very clean, including the hotel room we stayed in. The kitchen was very well appointed and there were full-size washer and dryer in unit. Also a huge, private balcony to watch the sunrise. The pool area makes you feel like you’re in a high-end resort and is sheltered from the wind with lush landscaping.

The newer one bedroom bungalows were very nice for a small family. Rainshower was great! Location! Beautiful area close to great restaurants and equidistant between Key West and Bahia Honda. Heated salt water pool was a big hit with family. New Years Eve tiki bar, music and fire was down to earth and low key. Front desk staff and general manager were very friendly. Easy after hours check in.

I needed a stop between Key West & Key Largo ... so I guess I liked that. Everything else about my experience is bad. The most expensive hotel I have been in the Keys & by far the worst. I booked this hotel to go diving and it was not possible.
