Upon check in, half of the power in the room did not work. We left to go to a cheer comp, came back for breakfast, and tried to get back in the room. New keys had to be made. Once we got back in the room, the power was still not on the right side. We got ready, left, and came back that afternoon to change for lunch. We could not get in, went to front desk for new, keys, and still could not gain access. The maintenance man could not gain access with master key and went to the front desk 2 additional times, before having to pop off the door covering to expose where he could enter a key. He also tried to flip the breaker twice and the power would not come on. We were moved across the parking lot to another room, where we were able to change and leave our belongings. We went to lunch and came back. Upon return we were not able to gain access to the new room and had to go to the front desk for new keys. Once we got in the room, I tried to put my leftovers in the fridge, and there were roaches. I immediately call the front after taking pictures and they sent someone out to check. Gerry at the front desk was understanding and was prompt on trying to resolve the situation. Willie the maintenance man was polite as well.

Early check in and fast check out time. Waterpark is ok but the lazy river is not so great

This was a perfect please for our family. We traveled with adult children, and we could have the upstairs loft with the bathroom while they had the two bedrooms downstairs and shared a bathroom. The main level was roomy enough that six of us never felt crowded. The owner was very responsive to our messages. We loved just having to walk across the parking lot to get to the slopes.
