Room was very quiet until the lacrosse team showed up (see below) Staff were very friendly. There was a gentleman working the front desk who had only been there a couple of weeks, and he was doing very good and maintained his friendly demeanor the whole time. We hope he does well! Easy location to get to. Great base of operations for our various travels whilst we were there.

Just 25 mi from Midtown Manhattan in New York's exclusive Westchester County, this hotel blends historical charm with modern conveniences in this spectacular Lower Hudson Valley lodging and meeting...

We had a Kings room terrace. We brought our own picnic from Stone Barns nearby and ate this on the large private terrace adjacent to our room. Perfect, while watching the sunset.

I loved this hotel. I will definitely stay here anytime I come to NY. The room was super clean and spacious, staff was terrific and helped us with early check-in and late check out, and there's lots of restaurants, movies, etc within walking distance.

Quaint town with river views and beautiful littles homes, quaint shopping areas etc. Lunch at Horsefeathers was excellent. Rini's and Half Moon are other places we enjoyed. There is quite a bit of local traffic including large trucks. It wasn't difficult to get around, just busy.

Tarrytown has a wonderful intimate downtown area with many very good restaurants. It is easy to get down to the Hudson River to walk or relax. This area has many joining towns equally as quaint. It has historical attractions and Thorne Valley Winery only 30 minutes away. The fall is a must just plan early.

There was a lot to do in Tarrytown as well as Sleepy Hollow. Everything was in walking distance if you choose to not drive. A lot of restaurants to choose from. They have a view of the Hudson River as you’re walking though town. Had breakfast at Bella’s Restaurant, not a lot of seating but the wait wasn’t long

Tarrytown is near several large estate homes that are popular tourist destinations. It was also a good stopping point on our trip from Canada and Maine to Virginia. We visited Lyndhurst , a Gothic-style mansion that is owned by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

The town is quaint and lovely.

The town is quaint and lovely. Loved shopping from the independent sellers, and even having a chance to buy art and products from local artists and vendors. Everyone was super nice, and allowed us to feel comfortable and at home despite being from the city (sometimes us folks from NYC are a bit much, I get it!) Very happy overall with the experience.

We enjoyed a live performance of Jonathan Kruk in the Old Dutch Church in Sleepy Hollow. Excellent. We also toured the nearby Octagon House. This is one of the many unique experiences in the Tarrytown area. A quick search will reveal many other activities around Tarrytown which can fill a weekend or a week-long visit.
